Introduction

My name is Tabitha Hyduke. I will be graduating in December with my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.  Since I am graduating very soon, I am currently applying to graduate school so I can further my education. My desire is to attend Arizona State University or Boston University through their online criminal justice graduate program. I am also currently applying to jobs in the anticipation of receiving a job in the fraud department of a bank or company. I am also currently in the international sorority Alpha Phi, where I had the position as Vice President of Chapter Operations. My project revolves around this leadership position I had the opportunity to be elected into. With my project, I made and budgeted a $60,000 budget for Alpha Phi's 2016-2017 fiscal year. I improved the organization’s budget and ensured that every member was on time with paying their dues. I was in charge of all the money transactions that occurred in Alpha Phi, from events to food to any items that the organization would need. I was in charge of every department’s budget within the organization and every member in the organization dues. I made sure no individual department within Alpha Phi, would extend their budget and the money would be spent in a responsible, accurate way.
